After College Republicans he utilized his technology expertise to setup one of the first CATI (Computer and Telephony Integration) systems on the Republican side and quickly grew a multi-million dollar business in the polling and data acquisition space. He utilized that technology to help build a grassroots recruitment funnel that led to domination at state conventions in Michigan and across the country. He has a record of 68-1 at Michigan Republican State Conventions and has run conventions in roughly 30 states across the country. He is the foremost convention operative in the country and wrote the book Chaos: The Outsiders Guide to a Contested Republican National Convention in 2016. He later setup a General Consulting firm in 2002 that still runs races today and has elected numerous Governors, US Senators, and Congressmen. He now owns roughly 25 companies in the political space that do roughly $150 million per cycle in business. Yob is running unopposed for Republican National Committeeman in the US Virgin Islands and will be elected on Feb 8th 2024. He lives in St John Virgin Islands and has a wife and two children.
